As a consumer of products, I always expect to consume a good products. Not only a good products but also a good services from the producer of the products itself. I expect the most efficient things that I could received from the producers. For example, how can I get the products easier than usual by using technology nowadays. The globalization makes us to improve our daily life also in trading sections. Now, we can use an internet or usually called by e-Commerce to buy or sell something. Me, as a consumer, has done with the e-Commerce transactions. I usually used an application of e-Commerce in Indonesia named Tokopedia. In Tokopedia, I can get anything that I want and I need. For example, I used to buy some accessories for my mirrorless camera like bag and screen protecteer. I got some advantages by doing transaction in e-Commerce. Based on eight unique features of internet, advantages that I got from Tokopedia is ubiquity, ubiquity means anywhere and anytime. From ubiquity aspect, I got advantages from time that I spent. It means that Tokopedia uses an ubiquity aspect. I could bought that goods in anytime and anywhere, as simple as that. Tokopedia made us had an efficient quality of life because we, or me, as a consumer, didn’t need to spent more times to get or buy something and also to pay. By Tokopedia we also can do an interactivity aspect. Which is, the interact with others in trading transactions will happens. The interact is between producers and consumers.
