From the 8 unique features of e-commerce i have experience Ubiquity and Interactivity. The first time i experienced ubiquity is when i buy something online at Tokopedia it was midnight at that time, my electricity token was expires and all the mini market was closed at that time , but luckily my friend told me that i can buy electricity token at Tokopedia, all i have to do is enter my electricity token code and transfer the money through ATM. For the Interactivity features of e-commerce, when i sell my stuff through tokopedia, someone buy my product and he contacted me trough line application and he tell me that he want to meet me in person so he can give me the money directly and he want to see the product in person and for me that i can know that he wont tricked me, so its a win win solution for us.
