Interactivity is something I really like, because it makes me feel like I’m a valued of customer. There is nothing frustating more than going into a store to find something you need, and not getting the assistance you feel you deserve. With the new standards being set by E-Commerce, Interactivity is now pretty standard in most businesses you find in the marketspace. There are online agents to chat with you live if you are having issues with the product, shipping or billing. Also, customers are better able to give feedback on product, which allows other users to see whether or not they want to actually spend money on items. Like example : Tokopedia. Everytime I want to buy something, I have the option to rate the experience not only the products, but also the seller.
