I’m one of consumers in e-commerce business. E-commerce brings me to easiness and flexibility. I think it almost every time in my free time that I’m access to website or application for online shopping. Based on Eight unique features of Internet and Web as commercial medium that contains in E-commerce, one that I feel most is ubiquity. Ubiquity means that we can access in anytime and anywhere, I feel comfortable to use the e-commerce in online shopping cause it didn’t have to access in specific locations, my experience when I’m using the e-commerce applications, I get easily to use the GO-FOOD future in GO-JEK applications that providing the easiness to order the food, when I’m feel hungry and alone in my house and really busy in that time, I’m always use GO-FOOD on my smartphone, and the applications give the recommendation foods based on my recent order, it’s really satisfy me cause I think that GO-JEK is knew me well. After ordering in GO-JEK, I’m choose one of my favorite food in my recent order after that I’m confused that I don’t have any cash on my pocket, oh and I remember that I have balance on my GO-JEK services it called GO-PAY, uh what a very easy future that I didn’t have to go to the ATM to take my money and in less than minutes, the driver accepts my order, in a few seconds the driver was called me and give the confirmation for my order. After that, I was just waiting the GO-JEK driver and less than hour the GO-JEK driver arrive in my address and called me, and I received my food then eat it with satisfy feeling. That’s why I’m feeling the Ubiquity cause I can access in everywhere and anytime.
