A. – Operational Excellence : it is the objectives that focuses on meeting the costumer expectations

  • New Products, Services and Business Models : this objective is the one that when we accomplished it we will be able to create new products, services, and business models. business models is the way of your company to generate profits

  • Costumers and Suppliers Intimacy : the objective that should be achieved to get closer and closer to the costumer so that when they wanna buy something they will comeback to you.

  • Improved Decision Making : the objective that when you achieve it your decision making will be more decisive and will bring you to better decision

It is the act that passed in 2002 by US Congress. It passed to protect investors from the possibility of fraudulent accounting activities by corporations. Strict reforms are done to improve financial disclosures from corporations and prevent fraud

is a measurable value that demonstrates how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives. Organizations use KPIs to evaluate their success at reaching targets. Selecting the right KPIs will depend on your industry and which part of the business you are looking to track. Each department will use different KPI types to measure success based on specific business goals and targets.
